Communicating Impact

When we are communicating impact, it is helpful to identify the purpose, which helps you to define how to communicate, and when. It can be to:

  1. Co-produce and share learning (eg. about the problem itself) – this can help build momentum to working towards the challenge

  2. Generate ideas with your stakeholders (to co-create desired outcomes)

  3. Recruit change-makers and champions (perhaps there are individuals you would like to get on board with your idea and lab activities)
